1:44 I just had a question in the chat room about someone blogging about an impending crash. My mentor Ev Garrette used to tell me that
someone was always forecasting the end of the world. Then he told me the end comes for someone every day.
The reality is that this market has be up since March of 2009.
1:23 if this trade keeps working, I will carry it through the next trade time. Today the Moon is conjoin my
natal Moon, Sun, and Mercury. These are great days for new discoveries, but not for aggressive trading for me.
1:21 this is a "cover on close" pattern, so that late Moon timeline may add some juice.
1:18 the other two common daily ranges are 15 points and 18 points. Taht would be 1242 and 1245. Don't think either
is probable on a Friday
1:06 1236 would make a 9 point range on my 8 hour chart; 1239 would make a 12 point range.
12:50 stop to 1229. Note how the 440 and longer EXMA's have kinked upward. Bullish for the day.

11:10 on a two day chart, a trend lind under the lows is up all day
11:05 yesterday was contract rollover in the futures. The December contract hit 1235 twice. The human mind
remembers that with the new contract, making 1235 a mental attractor
11:01 the reason I watch two day charts a lot is simple: all the market news is about how the market did today
versus yesterday. That is reinforced by the Moon moving about 30 degrees (12th harmonic) in two days.
10:58 the fractal I see most often is about 10 -13 "hours" on the MTRainbow chart. But yesterday we saw a nice
3 hour down fractal.
10:54 there are fractals within fractals. One could see this minor rally as move 4 in a down CC just using today's data.
Fractals fracture, so it may not complete. The MTrainbow chart suggests that it will not.
10:50 yesterday's 13:00ish high was 1227. It was resistance yesterday, now support.
10:46 today's low is exactly 6 points higher than yesterday's. 6 points is 30 degrees, 1/12th of a circle.
10:42 on the MTRainbow chart, it looks like we are in Move 4 of 7 in an up Chaos Clamshell
10:27 on the Chaos Clinic chart, support came just above the Saturn electric field flux line.
10:25 we may see a 20/110 buy signal, in a "hook and go" pattern
10:20 one enters a trade accepting a certain amount of risk. Understanding how much risk there is tells you
where to put your stop. Today I could see from the MTRainbow chart that I needed a wider than normal stop.
10:15 stop missed by one tick, so far. Obvously not a good trade; not my first, not my last. They happen
10:08 here the 20/110 has given a sell. Given the bullish pattern on the MTRainbow chart, I would not take it
10:02 early Friday morning trash; which is why I put my stop under the 440 EXMA
10:00 not much of a reaction, even with the Moon timeline right there; that hex seems to be stabilizing prices.

9:47 today is a "Two moon day", with the Moon T090 timeline early and the T0 timeline late. Often volatile
and one way, or Moon-Noon-Moon. But they can be MM stinkers.

a bit before trying to push higher.

12/10/2010 1:05:22 PM MT TG****:: Ken, for what it's worth, and further to Al's answer in the clinic comments, I had a sell limit at 35 and 39 shortly after entering long at 30 earlier today and rightly or wrongly, soon to be determined, I pulled the 35 off of the board. Printing new yearly highs on the cash and the continuous contract, holding the 55 exma as Al mentioned, haven't seen the chaotic up move or even a run to out of band that typically ends a fractal, just a steady grind. It's a two moon day also and usually that 2nd moon timeline will pull prices toward it. So basically I decided to let a winning trade run a bit. Also, when making new multiday highs or lows, most corrections won't be much more than a point below the 110 exma.
