What you are insinuating is that you want someone to do the work for you, and if so this is not the case. I cannot get close to tallying the hours I have put into this and guys like TG and mm have probably put in an exponentially larger amount of time than me. Al is one of the best out there and he does these Friday clinics for free - and has for years. If you don't like how today went then this is really not the place to say anyone can post a trade 30 minutes late - I know the feeling of missing out on a trade and that is no reason to act like that. No guarantees of being able to trade alongside Al have ever been made that I have seen. But lets look at the overall picture here=- the tide times today have brought a bottom, almost nailed a top, and then were 6 minutes off a bottom that came 22.75 points off the top. Does that seem important to you? It does to me...
Relax - there are some very good traders in here and everyone is open to helping others. I have taken all his courses and while I cherry picked what worked for me, I would not even think about it being a waste of money. Do I use it all? NO. Do I still go back and look at the courses years after I took them? Yes, on a monthly basis.

10/28/2016 12:53:11 PM MT jsf:: I'm out for the day with an $82 loss. But it was fun and I think I learned something. My advice to any new traders is to read "The Disciplined Trader" by Mark Douglas. And start looking to learn yourself, the market, and how you relate to the market. there is no magic system that works for everyone. And developing the skills to win consistently takes time -- at least that's what I'm telling myself. Al will give pointers and explain at least part of his thought process -- but keep in mind that much of trading is intuitive and he has been trading and studying the markets so long that he can't always put everything he's thinking into words. And even if he could, he cannot impart the discipline, patience, humility, and courage that it takes to trade profitably every week. Have a good weekend

10/28/2016 12:39:27 PM MT jsf:: From what I've seen of Al's courses, they seem to be geared towards explaining the fundamental causes of market movements with charting examples. The daily email seems to be geared towards daytrading where the courses could be applied to longer terms.

10/28/2016 12:16:53 PM MT jsf:: To me it makes sense thinking in terms of many moving astro events pulling and pushing on prices -- like Al's presentation of two spinning wheels with magnets on the perimeter. I would like to simplify investing to a set of rules that work 100% of the time - but experience tells me that the best I can hope for is an edge based on probabilities. And to be profitable over time, I need to find and trade the probabilities that fit my personality.
10/28/2016 12:10:17 PM MT jsf:: I think it is interesting that the price was approximately tracking the red -tide, hit the red swan and followed that for a while, approximately tracking the green +tide. then rode the green swan until 13:00. Al was expecting a surge upwards but we got the opposite.
